I guffawed aloud when I heard this song. Not a bad guffaw where you’re making fun of something. Nah. This was a guffaw because I didn’t know what to expect.

First of all, it’s in English.

I didn’t expect it to be in English, let alone it have the vocal presence that it does. Padre is floating on this beat. Literally Jesus moonwalking on the Red Sea smooth.

A lot of this is due to the intricate rhyme structures. The second verse is a clinic on how to string together words to make rhymes. Waste yours/tropez shores was one of the combos that I found impressive. But even more impressive are some of the slant and internal rhymes going on in that same bar.
